[NTLK] CF adapter that WON'T work

I have 2 compact flash adapters, which I have used w/ previous
incarnations of the ATA driver.

In RC1, my Centon Electronics CompactFlash Companion doesn't work.
Gives me all sorts of errors.

My RadioShack CF Adapter works great still.
