Hmmm, I purchased one awhile ago and have not had a
problem with it. It fits in my Newt smoothly and
releases without a problem...Check out your pen silo
and see if there is anything stuck down in
there...Otherwise, this has been an established
problem with "some" Newts and the PDA Panache
pens...there it no rhyme or reason!
