No. It was likely erased before being sold.

The OS is in ROM. There are updates and if the OS has been updated it's
likely still updated since the OS patches are very hard to erase.
There is a basic word processor in ROM (notes), but I imagine you're
thinking of Newton Works. You'll find just about all the programs there are
for the Newton on UNNA www.unna.org
