My experience with GEM was quite good. They took awhile to get my Newt to
me, but they were EXTREMLY responsive to any questions I had.
Not to sound catty, but didn't the original sender of this message basically
use his pounding of GEM to promote his own eBay business? If he's a direct
competitor, that doesn't seem too ethical...
