I bought a Orinoco Gold card yesterday.

I loaded Hiroshi's Driver onto my MP2100.

After popping the card in, the card slip comes up and everything looks good.

I set up a worksite for the Cafe I sit in alot, Infrastructure mode, with the proper SSID
(taken from a powerbook of a fellow cafe regular via Airport)

It try to get online.. and it works! I download the Newton IM package, I look around the
net a little, and then begin to examine more of this wonderful driver.

I see in the advanced settings "Use Power Management" and think "Hmm... more
battery life"

I check it... and it doesn't work, so I uncheck it, and set thigns back to the way they were.

I try to get back online, and it doesn't work. I get a DHCP error. Now, whenever I try to
use the Wireless card, I can't get online.. it won't negotiate.

I've already deleted the offending Worksite, and set up new ones... still doesn't work.

Is this a known bug? have I set a bit in the card that the Newton won't UNset? how can I
fix this?
