[NTLK] Coveting my neighbour's Clié

I need some help. (Annoying) guy at work was showing off his Sony Cli=E9,=20=

low-end model, no MP3 or camera, but nevertheless a nice looking =
'little'=20
thing, 320x320 lots of shades of grey and white backlit, very readable.=20=

Also affordable... I naturally had to pull out my Newton.

Now I have no doubt the Newton OS wins for ease-of-use, and its killer =
app=20
is the handwriting recognition (he claimed Graffiti was faster - "fewer=20=

strokes", which I disputed, but then I had trouble writing a simple =
phrase=20
with spaces appearing in the wrong places - stress). Maybe because I'm=20=

still a relative neophyte to the Newt I couldn't think of the real "Wow"=20=

thing, apart from Macintalk saying "Can your Palm do this?"

How can I demonstrate the true awesome power of what the Newt can do? =
What=20
clever and magical things are there to be done with 'Assist'? I was=20
tapping around in MoreInfo trying to think of a good demo for that (and=20=

the power of open soups) till six in the morning.

Suggestions anyone?

jc
