I'm actually doing more web serving on my Newton than web surfing.
But there are three usable web browsers:
NewtsCape (still supported)
NetHopper (be sure to get Daniel's Patch
http://dev.newtontalk.net/~dpadilla/progs.htm)
LunaSuite (be sure to get latest build)

They should be available at your local UNNA dealer.
