It's not a matter of publication. Copyrights run until 50 years after
the author's death (I think, although that may have been extended
recently). Greene died in 1990 or 1991 if I recall correctly. That's
why many authors set up a corporation and assign copyrights to the
corporation. Then the rights are in effect for the life of the
corporation plus 50 (could be wrong on the number of years).
