  Take a look at this:

   They're selling 3.3V 128MB SmartMedia cards for only $20, with $5
shipping. It say's they're either Toshiba or Samsung produced. A
Toshiba card is listed as compatible (if it is indeed the same one sold
here), and a Samsung card (albeit 256MB, not 128) is listed as slow in
Paul's database.

   Another thing to consider is that the price is not an enormous
discount - only $5 off their regular price, and the usual economic
Moore's Rule applies..
