Most improvements between OS 2.0 (130) and 2.1 (2x00 series) in HWR
were made in the recognition of accents. So for straight English there
wouldn't be a lot of difference, for most other languages a huge
difference.
That said, apart from the form factor (some people prefer the 1x0
series form factor) I would always go for a 2000U or a 2100, still the
best handheld in the world...
