Keyspan makes good USB to Mac serial cable (sorry, don't know the correct
term for the latter) converters--and they seem to provide good support and
drivers as time goes by.

Yeah. The USB to serial converters work well. Just make sure that you
check to make sure it's compatible with your OS before you buy it. I
mad the mistake of buying an entrega unit off of eBay only to find out
that it only supports up to OS 9. Oh well. I'm only out $3.
