RCU for Windows had some serious enough issues for Revelar to discontinue it
rather hastily. If I were you, I wouldn't trust it, even if you did get it
working. I don't know what the problems were, but their web site stated
pretty solidly that the Windows version was dead, even when they were still
selling the Mac version.
