I have used, occasionally, a screen protector, first with my MP130 and
then with an MP2100. The one with the MP130 was an adhesive backed one
and I like that the best, since it did not have to be put under the
case at the edges of the screen. I tried the NuShields with an MP2100.
I know that many people on the list swear by them, but I like the feel
of the screen and I use notebook screen wipes to clean my screen and
stylus tip (a Cross insert in a Cross pen). So I use my MP2000u without
a protector. In all of my years using a Newton (since my MP100) I have
only developed one scratch.
