I may be able to help Timothy. Haven't done any eMate disassembly, but have added SER-001's to a few 2100's - an unthinkable action by some technophobes. I'm in the Northwest Phoenix area, maybe we can arrange a place to take a look at it. Email me separately me at the address below.
