Instead of messing with NewtonLink, just use a terminal emulator to talk
directly to Sloup to dump the package, capture the output to a file, and run
the file through sup to decode it to a PKG file. All the info and code (yes,
source code *and* Linux binary!) are here:

Hint: to see a list of installed packages with Sloup, pass it an empty
entrySpec, like this:

{}
DUMP!

Or, if you've got access to a Windows PeeCee, my NewtDump program will
