My 3 only Centennial Linear Flash PC Cards bought off of ebay
recently, numbers;

PM24291 35099 34757 A
FL16M-20-11138-67

are recognized in my Newton 2100 and work fine.

I vaguely remember a url being posted on this list in the last couple
of months that decoded the Centennial part numbers.
