Remember that both the OMP (Original MessagePad) and the MP100
(MessagePad 100) had the same model number H1000. The main differences
were ROM-based and not physical, specifically the version of the OS and
the types of localization. The only visible difference I have ever noted
is the inclusion of a small label in the battery compartment under the
battery tray in MP100s which reads, logically enough, "MP100".
