'kay, sorry- I assumed you had to send a message to something to set the
encoding. So you just set some slot on some endpoint frame to one of these
values? Anyway, I wonder what happens if you say 0. :)
Or perhaps the endpoint system isn't capable of handling Unicode.. though
that seems odd to me.
