I have experienced outstanding customer service in my dealings with this company. International orders are particulalrly challenging for lots of companies. There's a lot of variables beyond their control. Try emailing John May. His email is on the web site.

Hi all,
I always read great things about J&K sales in the list, but I would like
to have some confirmation about their reliability.
 
In April I bought a Keyboard for my Newton and (unfortunately) I've
chosen the US Post shipping...

After some weeks I contacted them about the shipping and they answered
quickly and efficiently telling me it could take also a couple of months
to get the parcel here in Europe...
I didn't worry/care too much and patiently waited for the keyboard to
arrive, but now 4 months passed by and I am getting worried.
At the beginning of July I tried to contact them again but didn't get
any answer.
I have now sent three emails in the last month and no response so
far....
I was pleased by their quick and exhaustive responses, but now I am
getting a bit disappointed and worried about my purchases...

How are your experiences with this company?
