Yes Scott. The MP120 can be upgraded to 2.0.

The downside is that it requires a replacement ROM card and these are very
hard to find.

If you do find one it's just a matter of opening the Newt. Poping the old
one out dropping the new one in and a full brain wipe.

Obviously back up first!. IIRC data in external FLASH cards get converted
on the fly.
