From MacInTalk...

HomeRun 1.3.1 is a home automation program that works with a
CM11A-compatible X-10 controller to take commands from your Mac and send
them to modules attached to lamps or appliances. The new version adds a web
interface by integrating with Soybo, support for All Lights On/Off, a
brightness slider, and other changes, including "numerous enhancements to
the communication subsystem that allow HomeRun to react quicker and deal
better with noisy X-10 environments." HomeRun is $15 for Mac OS X 10.2. It
requires a CM11A-compatible controller, a USB-to-serial adapter, and at
least one X-10 module.
