Well, the deal is that NCU just doesn't get along with Windows XP-I =
installed on a Windows 98 machine with no problems. Any workarounds, =
hints, tips or fixes? Figures those folks in Redmond would come between =
a man and his newton.........

    Are the preferences in NCU set for the serial port?
    Also, if you're running a fast PC you may have to run a program =
called
slowdown.exe (available on UNNA) to slow down the PC so that it can
communicate with the Newt.
