Yeah, those are LocalTalk and Asant=E9 PhoneNet (which is the same difference
as QuikNet from Belkin; they both use POTS phone line extension cord for th=
e
wiring, rather than Localtalk cabling), boxes. What they don't show you is
the other end of the cable coming out of the boxes, which does have the sam=
e
pinout as a din8 for the printer port; it has to because that's typically
what you plugged it into (the printer port).
