Just to be 101% sure before a hard reset and storage card wipe:

ump2000 with NCU and NBU over Ethernet used (no dongle, no SER001 and thus
no serial option...)

Internal Store: A backup with NCU aborts every time after 'Backing up
System Info' appears in a slip- long enough to give the impression it is
being backed up- it "looks" like everything is backed up though, if I
compare backup file size (~2.8MB) to Used on Internal Store (2.704MB).

Storage Card backup: Is copying package individually to the desktop (Mac)
the only option? How is this done? What happens to the components (if any)
that may be installed on the Internal Store during package installation on
the card?

Yes, FAQ I know, I know, but so far I could not locate satisfactory answers.

One last Q: is it possible to tell (beforehand preferably) what will be
installed/created by a particular package and where? A DB perhaps with
these valuable info? I suppose some of the commercial packages do provide
this.
thanks for any input
