Actually the eMate says "waiting" so I am not sure if that is the same
as the 2100.

Well I rubbed the enclosed battery pack but I am not sure if
successfully stimulated her contacts. Actually there are not contacts
on an eMate battery pack that I can see. It is 4 rechargeable batteries
in heat wrap with several wires and a plastic connector. I kissed the
battery connector to no avail.
