Hey guys,
As if the Cubbies losing the other night isn't sad enough, I noticed
throughout the game on Fox, WebMD had some commercials. And what were the
most obvious item(s) in it? Palms and tablet PC's of course! It makes me
sick to think of how widespread the Newton was in the medical community back
in the 90's and how Apple could still have a large piece of that pie if it
never cut off Newton development. Sometimes it makes me wonder if the same
curse the Cubs have against going to the World Series also applies to Apple
and all the technology/integration they COULD have had numerous times in the
past from the 80's to today. :-( So sad, and so few people outside this
loop and other similar loops will ever appreciate all Apple has done or what
they could have done given a little better executive direction...Goodnight
fellow Newton-users, this engineer needs sleep...and my new 17" PowerBook
arrives tomorrow, so I need to be well rested and non-Newton depressed lol!
