The actual name is ProCalc 12C. It comes bundled with ProCalc Ex.
You can get ProCalc Ex for $9.95 from Landware.

BTW, IMHO it is well worth the $. I believe that I paid $39.95 for copy
some time ago -- and would gladly do it again today.
While I don't use ProCalc EX much, I use ProCalc 12C along with my real
HP-12C daily.
