"North America" was inferred, not "The United States of America" in
particular.

But the point is to encourage the exchange of information and insights
pertaining to the Newton and its software and its architecture. Or do you
argue with that too?

This is America? I don't think so...

I'm in Canada. "54-40 or Die" didn't go through here!

Bush and his cronies haven't succeeded in taking over this part of the
world.

Does anyone remember the name of the law that states something like, "The
first one to call the other a Nazi looses the argument"?

Now fight nice, this isn't a democracy, it's a mail list. Nobody has
rights, they have privileges. There is no freedom of speech, there is no
freedom of association, there is no freedom to wear loud clothing and walk
backwards with your cameras. This is the world according to the person that
runs the list, NOT America.

On a more productive topic, nobody has brought up the fact that typical
2100s don't come with NiMH batteries, chargers, cables, or much of anything
else, mostly just a 2100 in a bag in a plain brown box with a battery tray.
Also, of the 30+ 2000s and 2100s that I have seen, some came from the
factory with scuffs, and some even came DEAD.

caveat emptor
