I should revise that, it's a little unclear. Basicially, download both the
NTK 1.6.4b3 installer and the NTK164.sea.hqx file. Install 1.6.4b3 using the
installer, make sure it works, etc. Expand the NTK164.sea.hqx file - this
has the 1.6.4GM binary in it, nothing more. Replace your existing NTK binary
with the GM one.
