[NTLK] [ANN] New Newton FAQ Dad

I would like to announce that Daniel Padilla has kindly handed the keys
to the Newton FAQ over to me. Daniel has admitted to having less and less
time to work on these types of things, so I offered to take over the
maintenance of the FAQ. I'd like to thank Daniel for the work he did on
the FAQ while it was in his hands, as well as previous FAQ dads such as
Paul Guyot and Steve Weyer - without whom, we wouldn't have a FAQ in the
first place.

Now, here's how you can help...

If you have any additions or corrections to the information found in the
Newton FAQ, please send them directly to me at my grant_at_splorp.com
address. Likewise, if you noticed that a link is dead or has moved, send
it in. The more people involved, the easier it will be to keep this
document being a valuable resource for the Newton community.

I will compile all changes and additions and release a revised version of
the FAQ on a monthly basis (hopefully close to the beginning of each
month). This means that I would like to have a new release of the FAQ
ready to roll by October 1st.

The FAQ can be accessed at these fine locations:
