That's for sure ...! But if you want the best of both worlds, get one
of those early G3s -- IIRC, they have USB, ADB and SCSI ports. I
think they're going for about $300.

Failing that, the cheaper route is eBay's vintage Mac site; I've seen
Color Classics going for about $50 ... I even picked up a CC at
Goodwill for $25 (their "IT staff" are all Wintellians, I'd guess
...). Haven't used it for the Newton yet, but one of these days (my
iBook and Keyspan Adaptor work just fine, thank you).
