[NTLK] How do I tell which Farallon card do I have?

Fellow Newtonians,
I have tried the Farallon drivers with no luck, then referred to Newton
Resources and viewed the PN895
http://www.chuma.org/newton/ethernet/epics/pn895-front.jpg and the PN595
http://www.chuma.org/newton/ethernet/epics/pn595-front.jpg photo's of the
Farallon cards and mine doesn't look exactly like either one. Most notably
there is no mention of 3Com and the description only has EtherMac, not
EtherWave and EtherMac. On the back of the card there are two sets of
numbers, 8960851-00-03, below it a barcode, below the bar code is
0000C5568F7E and nothing else. The only thing I can piece together is this
is an 896, from the first number?

Any help is greatly appreciated!

Regards,

Paul Curtis
