Amazing!!! But all seems to be logical: Whatever is the reason for discharging the accu can obviously be destroyed by sudden
mechanical acceleration with a certain high level. Dropping something on a floor or slamming it on a counter is certainly
producing a relatively high force to e.g. dendrites. I never thought of this possibility - I always modified the battery cage of my
Newtons with an additional thermistor, PCB and switch as well to avoid soldering.
