[NTLK] Internet Error -19002???

The title says it all. I get "Internet Error -19002" after about two
second of the Newton attempting to load the PPP drivers when using
Blunt. Does anyone know what it means? I've triple-checked and
triple-reinstalled everything and cannot make it go away.
