You should be ok, as long as you are out of the gaming areas proper. I
think they are fine with tourists taking pictures in most areas, as
long as you aren't going over barriers. Don't mess around in the
casino proper. I am serious. I have dealt with Casino security before
in Las Vegas and it's not a fun place to be. They also seemed to have
higher authority then the police, which is a really scary state of
affairs.
