Try tapping the icon, tap to 'stop use', then retry to freeze. Or 'tap
and hold' on the icons, then select both icons by dragging pen over
both, then try to freeze. Or reset/reboot, use the 'do not activate
pkgs.', otherwise good luck. :-/
