Most of them are pretty good, just some a waste of money.
AppMan is a waste because Tasks from
<http://www.sbm.nu/englisch/newton/tasks/index.htm> does the same,
better and free.
FreezeMan is buggy to the point that it can damage your data (from
experience) but apart from those two everything is pretty cool.
All have a 30 day trial period, so you might want to give some a try,
this site:

short explanations and screenshots.
