I've noticed that sometimes my writing will not be recognized when I'm
writing in a field - in MI and other applications with fields as opposed
to a free-form note area. As near as I can tell, it's because I'm
starting the line outside the active field area, because it consistently
happens when I start a tall letter too high - or a scrub to high or too
far to the left or right.
