1) Select some text.
2) The H2k palette will appear.
3) Tap and hold the 'P' (plain text) button until it beeps.
4) The H2k Preferences window appears.
Here's a screen capture of what it looks like:

The preference lets you choose whether to show the floating
copy/cut/paste palette.
