Not here in Fort Erie/Buffalo. The exchange rate's $1.29 or $1.30 Canadian to $1.00 US. That makes a Canadian dollar worth about 75 cents US.
Looks like price gouging or import tariffs to me. Maybe Dell's using an older PC with the original divide-error Pentium in it? :-)
