Usually an error box shows up that says 'error, not enough internal memory'
denoting not enough free heap.
However, your problem sounds like an extension problem. Try rebooting with
extensions off and see if all is well. Then activate one extension at a
time as you alternate accessing the notes in names and weeding out the
conflict. HTH!
