Hi everyone,

If you have a question for a specific person it really helps if you
address your question to that person. For example if you have a
question for Joe in a thread, start with Dear Joe, it really helps.
Several people may be helping with that thread, and they have to
decipher who you are referring to.

Also when you sign off it really helps if you say who you are, not
everyone's email address is their Christian name. Saying thanks is
great but it would be nice to know what your name is. It doesn't cost
anything and, well, it's just good manners. Setting up a specific
signature for the list would be a good idea.

I don't meant to lecture anyone, just adding a suggestion, that should
benefit us all.

Kindest regards
