I have a 130 (with a dead backlight, now) and I am still in the experimenting stage with it. I have address and phone numbers on it, and I have gotten the hang of backing up my 4 MB card on my Mac, and also printing with it on either of my two LWs on the network. It's be nice to use as an alarm, but since the clock seems to shut down when the MP is turned off, that's not a viable use. :-(

I've been toying with the idea of replacing it with either a MP 2100 or another MP 130 provided that J&K is still selling them and they have already had the bad resistors replaced. Otherwise I'll just have to get the one I have now repaired, since I can't do surface mount soldering myself.

I got the MP 130 to test the HWR, which it passes with flying colors. I'd like to use a text editing program with it but I haven't explored anything along that avenue yet. As I said, I'm still playing with it. :-)
