No it's the same motherboard exactly. Some 6400s were 50Mhz bus too
just depended on there chip speeds(like the 6400/200).
Both of these systems has a L@ cache type of CPU upgrade (G3) offered
by several manufacturers.
The biggest bummer is the limit in RAM upgradeability, My SE/30 takes
as much RAM as one of these bad boys (128M).
