well i just checked out the website http://www.scottevest.com/index.shtml
interesting gear. please let us know what the consensus is on the various
vest and jackets they have. i personally would like a light weight, all
weather vest (or jacket if i must) to carry my newton gear. would make it
alot easier if i dont have to carry a bag sumtimes. let us know how many
newts fit into the vest woo and how it sags, bulges and so on.

So far, I got the SportTec for myself, the 2.0 for my sister.
The SportTec is barely usable as a Newton jacket. Hides stuff well, you
can barely tell that the inside is stuffed of Newtons.
The 2.0 and higher has better pockets, better colors, and can be layered
better.
There's less sagging and a cleaner look.
Now about that Sports Jacket... :-)
