These could easily be registered copies, since Hiroshi uses a "keyword"
registration scheme that is not dependent on the owner's name. Even if
these are not registered, Hiroshi's agreement is that the driver is not
posted in any public place, which eBay most certainly is. The seller could
have provided a link to Hiroshi's site, but his was not, appaently, done.

I've already sent an email to Hiroshi with the above links.

Not to sound as if I want to defend software thieves, but how do we know
that
the seller is doing something wrong? Surely, if he bought the product from
Hiroshi, he is free to sell it on, right?
