Actually I would recamend that you use slowdown even at that speed or
slower. Especially if the memory on the Newton is fragmented. Try it and
if you have problems first try lowering your FIFO buffers to a notch above
the lowest setting (under device manager then serial port). And if that
does not work then try slowdown. Sometimes you have to run slowdown a few
times (aka have it in the task bar twice or more) to get the computer to
slow enough to establish a stable link.
