[NTLK] Changing from icon to list view on MP2100 and more questions

I am using a Newton MP2100. I am using Avi's Backdrop. I have reached my limit on storage space on the computer. I want to store some of the applications on a card.

Here are my questions:

1. Currently when I the extras and see the appication names, they are shown as icons. Previously, it showed them in list form and where
they were being stored. Somehow this most have gotten changed. How do I get back to the list view? Is the only way to transfer the apps to the card from this list view? When I tell the computer to store the application on the card (in Windows or Mac terminology) does the computer "cut" the application and copy or paste it to the new location?

2. What applications should be stored internally rather than on the card? My favorite apps are MoreInfo and Eudora. I will use those the most.

3. Also, does anyone know how to set the computer to never (or at least not until a defined time after the last use) turn off the
light while I am using it? It now turns off after less than a minute. This is frustrating.

4. What is "freezing" on an application? What is the purpose and benefit?

Thanks.
