Right. This would require additional hardware and some software
inclusions for even basic support. Getting the video to display on
something other than the LCD (where the data can be managed) has already
been done (composite video via PCMCIA), but adding in hardware-level
support for a color LCD and a software "color toolbox" would be an
enormous undertaking. The time would be better spent porting the NewtonOS
APIs to other hardware. Don't let this stop anyone though. ;)
