[NTLK] connection error info needed

Hi folks,

I am now able to fax successfully, but I can't connect to the 'net or
email yet.

Simple Mail gives me :

Problems connecting. PPP Negotiation failed. Check the currently
selected connection authorization settings, user name, and password.

(Which I did, of course.)

When I try to enter a url in NewtsCape I get:

Opening Link
NIE: Connecting
NIE: Login
IE: Connecting
NIE: Idle
Opening Link Problem

Anyone know what this means or how I can fix it?
